Thank you for explaining me the peak hours and peak charge of 2.6 times on your billing amount. But i am using OLA from past 1 year and i know while booking it shows peak hours. But i am 100% sure it didn't show me any such notification. Is there a way you can track this. I have never seen any popup regarding the peak hours and i never saw the I agree button. I just click on conform and it booked my cab. Please don't chit customer like this. The Beauvoir of the driver is Honorable. Please look into this ASAP else i have check for other options.
