I am Arpit Gupta, an Ola customer with mobile no [protected].
On 01/03/2016 I took ride from Infospace Gurgaon(sector 21)(KRN[protected]
After booked auto ride driver reached to me after 20 mins and when I sit in auto and started ride just after 2 mins he end the ride in OLA App and OLA app deducted 28 Rs fom my OLA money.
This is Really Horrible experience and even bugs in OLA business model, Please consider below points seriously
:-
1) If a customer book a ride and there is delay in cab/auto then he should able to cancel the ride without any charges
2) If a customer is taking ride then with a driver customer should also have right to end the ride, if driver ends the right then why should customer has to pay without reaching the destination Was this information helpful? |
