Ola Cabs — Worst behaviour of ola cab driver and very poor customer service | |||
I booked ola cab today 17/4/16 at 7.30pm but due to some reason i was not able to start on time ola cab driver came to me, scolded me, abused me very badly, which is very terrific experience for me. Meantime i spoke to customer care and informed to add waiting charges they agreed. But this useless car driver he left the place without informing us n few mins i got msg the driver has cancelled. please take some strict action against the ola driver so that he will not repeat again with any customer. Following are the details of booking:- Say Ola to your driver RAVI D ([protected]) for CRN[protected].
