Ola Cabs — Worst Customer service.. Apply charges like hell

Today i booked a cab from Shahdara, Delhi to Pragati Medan, New Delhi, Total distance is max to max 16 KM The device in cab counted it 21 KM The driver waited for 10 min but he charged me for 32 mins Contacted the Customer service team ... the agent and supervisor was so arrogant and are not ready to accept the fault ..Agent and supervisor say different statements on same matter. Will never recomment OLA cabs to any one CRN no. 64011608
