[Resolved]  Ola Cabs — Worst ever experience with Ola! Worthless service!!

had been a regular customer of Ola for sometime. Although the service had not been excellent and there were many a times delay I still didn't mind and thought I would still continue to use Ola service. But what prompted me to post this is my todays experience (5th Dec 2014). I had done 48hrs advance booking for two Prime category cabs (innova/duster/xylo). At the time of booking the executive informed any of these three cabs would be provided which is perfectly fine. The booking IDs were: CRN18886280 & CRN18886510. There is a wedding ceremony outstation and we had to travel by train scheduled to depart at 6.25am from Chennai Central Railway station. There are four aged people travelling in a group of 11. We had to reach the station by 5.45am max so that everyone can board the train comfortably. At 4.15am this morning I got a message from Ola saying the cab was on the way.. But the shocker was it was a Tata Indica!!! That's ridiculous, absolute rubbish! I immediately called the Old customer care and a guy called Anish said it was a mistake and that he would raise a complaint. I asked him to then update the order and provide two Innovas. That was after a long hold n wait. Finally, he said that the app is down and that they are not able to view any details so he is not able to do much. But he said from the backend team he has arranged two cabs which will arrive at the addresses given shortly. It was already 5.10am by then. I called the cab guys and one said he was in Porur and the other infront of Airport and for them to reach to my address would take 30-45 mins!!! I called the customer care again and they said sir App is down we cant do anything about it! Third rated wasteful exercise for almost an hour and the result is a zero!! Then my friend called NTL taxi and they said they can send two xylos in 15 mins!!! That's called a service! True service, no hype! Two xylos came on dot and we could reach the station just on time! On top of that after we were about to reach the station I got a message from Ola saying 'thank you for riding with us. We have sent an invoice for Rs.150'...!!! Are you kidding me! This is total crap! Horrendous, horrible! And it didn't end with this even after that I kept getting calls from Ola about can is on the way, how was your ride, give us your feedback and what not! Do the Ola guys have brain in the right place or its fixed somewhere else on their body!! I always supported and promoted Ola to one and all cos I felt they have the potential but with these series of disasters, especially todays experience I will make sure that I post this across all social networking platforms, all media and all other means possible! If I can refer and bring ten customers for Ola I can also take away at least a 100!! And slowly this no will only get bigger cos it looks like success has gotten in the brain of Ola guys!! These days with so much competition and everyone trying bring in latest technology and services head heavy attitude is a certain recipe for disaster!!! I suggest everyone to be aware! I am never never ever gonna use Ola services ever again! And will never never ever refer to anyone either! I will be really happy if reading this post some people gets saved from this faaltu, wasted cab service company called 'Ola'!!! Never again!!! It had damaged my reputation, created stress in personal relations, gave me trauma!! I don't want to even talk about Ola anymore unless I receive a written apology and some constructive action from their side!!!
