Ola Cabs — Worst service by ola customer service executive for trip id: crn[protected] | |||
Today my wife booked the cab from Besant Nagar to Mannivakkam, Chennai. When the driver refused to drop till mannivakkam and said the Ola service is upto Tambaram only, she called customer care executive, and she also denied to drop till Mannivakkam and asking for extra price for this trip. Why Ola cabs has to charge extra price, when we had regular trips to Mannivakkkam, and denied to drop her till mannivakkam and dropped her all alone at Tambaram, and when she said to give complaint regarding this service and the way the executive was talking with her, she didn't responded and dropped in middle of the national highway 45. from highway she came alone. Ola executive asked to book another new cab from tambaram it seems. How can they tell this stupid answer. Is this the way Ola treat with their customers?
