Ola Cabs — Worst service for prebooking for early morning | |||||
I have prebooked the ola cab yesterday (30 Apr 16) for 4:10 am today(01 may 16).also I have called the ola customer care and I asked them twice whether it will come by the time or not.he said "for sure it will come sir". At morning I received the message that sorry we are unable to find ola cab for you.due to which we have missed our train due to non availability of cab If they are unable to find taxi for prebooking so why the hell they accept the request during booking. This is clearly a fraud case in which they are giving surety of giving the service and the person believes them and at last they simply say sorry we are unable to find taxi Was this information helpful? | |||||
