I made a booking with OLA cabs via their customer care on 26th April at 12:45 PM for my journey on 27th April 04:00 AM from Kilpauk to Chennai Airport. I received the confirmation SMS from OLA immediately with CRN78195050.
I called them in person on the same day at 22:00PM & confirmed my booking for the next morning. I again called them on 27th early morning 03:00AM & asked them to send driver's number & they too had sent it at 03:30AM saying driver is VIGNESH K (Mob.No. [protected]) Silver Tata Indica TN22BS3501.
The driver called within a minute & asked for the drop place at 03:34AM and within a minute, I received a SMS from OLA saying that they regret to inform the cancellation of my booking as they are unable to find a cab near my pickup place. Driver started cutting my calls & the person at customer care started to repeat the same statement again and again.
It was totally disgusting to be a victim of their irresponsible services. I don't understand how they dare to behave so idiotic at such an odd hour expecting me to find some other mean of travel to catch the flight. Was this information helpful? |
