Ola Cabs — Wrong invoice and excessive charging | |||||
I had taken a ride via Ola cabs- an app based cab service provider. I was charged in excess of the amount shown in the app by ola cabs. The invoice sent by the company post that was also wrong. The date of the incident is 11th May 2016. My number is [protected]. I would like either a proper invoice or a return of the amount charged to me since charging without proper invoice is illegal. I need a proper invoice for reimbursement purposes from my organization and the invoice that they have provided is not acceptable since the drop location mentioned there is wrong and hence would not get approved from my organization.
