Ola Cabs — Wrongly waiting charges for the SRN 32449900

I had my journey through ola cab which i did on 25th Jan- 15. I was on board before my journey time. But still there was a waiting charge for of 12 minute. I came to know that if cab is stuck in the traffic then also it was considered as a waiting charges as per my teletak with Mr. Shehbaz Mumbai. Actual waiting charge should be if i do journey after my time. Also there is no such definition available in your policy as well as in website. I did journey before this with Ola cab but in any of the invoice such charges were not generated then how sudden it comes. This is the cheating with the customer as its not only matter of Rs. 24. Waiting charge definition should if i will be on board after i have scheduled my journey with ola cab
