I have been charged double for a ride with crn number [protected]. The complaint was raised since the 6th of december, till my double amount is not deducted from my ola postpaid account. I will not pay the bill. And i have no problem if ola blocks me as a user, as the customer service they provide is pathetic and is trying to compensate the issue by giving coupons. Which is not acceptable to me. And instead of solving the issue, they are repeatedly charging late fee charges. If they don't rectify the mistake, i won't pay the ola postpaid balance, neither i want to continue as a customer of ola. Was this information helpful? |
