Ola — Charging heavily and cheating new customers

Dear sir/madam,
we have booked a ola cab on 7th june from egmore to kumananchavidi chennai.it was heavily raining he came very late to pick us up.
We were new to the

city the driver dint take the straight
as was told by the gprs
instead took us through small streets and reached the place by 2hrs which has to be reached by 40 mins.and charged us 830 rupees.he stopped at many places and was talking over phone all through.car number[protected].and the driver name is rajeshkannan
.below attached are the ride details.we have been using ola in vizag too and trusted it to use it in chennai also
i request you to refund my money immediately or do something before we take a serious action on this issue.we have been cheated .
