I booked ola on 10th Jan n first driver cancelled at the last moment as the mode of payment was online. Then I booked the second one n the driver came and after boarding the cab, he asked me cash or asked me to change the mode of payment. As I was getting late for the airport, I panicked and thought of reaching out to customer care later. Driver dropped me off at the airport n I paid cash, but I paid money too from ola post paid as without clearing dues I can't book the next ride. After this I wrote to customer care with all details, driver number and contact number. But they are not refunding the amount. Although the fare was 563 approx, I was charged 1126.
Please refund the extra amount immediately or clear the ola post paid from the backend.
