I would like to request you that I took a ride through OLA application on 10 th Of November. My friend booked that cab after completing the trip I made the payment and the driver told me his qr code scanner was not working and I transferred the amount on his personal number that was 630.The next day I got to know the payment was automatically deducted from his account. Then I called the driver and told him why didn't he tell me that payment was already made and asked him to get the amount back. He just told me confidently that he couldn't do that because he transferred all the amount to ola account on the other hand when we contacted with ola support team they just told me as the amount was transferred on his personal number in that case they couldn't help me. Then I sent an email to OLA Grievance officer they also did not help me. It has been 1 month but the problem has not yet resolved. I just to get the driver punished and also want to my money back and he should get punished because as he is not trustable today I am facing this issue but in future he will make fool others. OLA company should take the responsibility that this kind of incident should not happen to anyone. Please look into this matter and help to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
