My OLA S1 Pro Gen 2 is not working anymore after 2 months of exact delivery date.
Booked & Purchased on 15th August 2023 (Full Payment with insurance)
Received Late Delivery of my OLA On 24th October 2023
Till date neither received my subsidy amount also
Just 574 KM and the battery is dead 24th December 2023 submitted to OLA Service Centre Jashodanagar Ahmedabad City Gujarat today i.e 25th December 2023.
The extended warranty of 3 Years needs to be provided for battery replacement due to issue.
The experience with staff is not OK and not giving proper answers telling still we haven't received any update for the vehicle.
As per the screenshot when it was Low in charge the charging to the OLA Scooter was not working at all on 24th December 2023.
I need to pick and drop my OLA to service centre myself. Unable to Send RSA as nothing was available.Please check customer experience.
I had called Mr Prashant Sales Person Of Vastral Ahmedabad Service Centre Branch and reported also to Mr Asif Sales person of Navrangpura Ahmedabad Service Centre Branch about the issue yesterday and today.
As a customer it's not fair to be frustrated. Attachment is done with screenshot for the reference.
Hope I will be provided proper justice and replacement of battery ASAP.
Expecting a quick serious response and support.
