Have been requesting for service for my vehicle is out of charge and also for charger issue,

Which i did not got any response, which is terribly bad, again and again am receiving mail saying
Thanks for reaching out to Ola Support. We hope your issue is resolved
which is not, trued calling, going to service station & also mailing, why there are no resonce?
now i have my charger is stolen and also i have ordered new on, which is already 10 days over, on that i am getting messages sayin "battery is low, it will affect the vehicle battery" i dont know what to say. there is no resolution to customers? Was this information helpful? |
