I drop my scooter at ola service centre, Ranjit Avenue Amritsar in 21st July 2025 as there are some issues i.e. auto reboot. There is no follow up regarding service of my scooter, several times I called, they sad VCU is not available and. I don't know what to do. There is no time limit. They don't tell any fix date when they return back my scooter....

Dear Ola Electric Team,
This is my final escalation regarding my Ola Air scooter (Registration No: DL10EV0245), which remains unrepaired despite multiple complaints, follow-ups, and even physical visits to your Shakarpur service center.
The vehicle has been lying unattended for days, parked outside the center without safety, and no technician has addressed the issue. Moreover, your staff has behaved rudely and dismissively, stating:
“Kardo complaint, hum nahi karenge.”
This is not just poor service—it’s a complete failure of responsibility, customer care, and warranty support. The recurring issue with the scooter, coupled with your team's refusal to act, has caused significant inconvenience and loss of trust.
I now demand:
Immediate repair with proper coaptation and permanent resolution.
Written explanation for the delay and staff misconduct.
Escalation to the area manager (Rajeev) and acknowledgment of this complaint.
Compensation for the prolonged downtime and negligence.
you are forcing me to take legal action and escalate through consumer grievance platforms, including PG Portal and social media.

On July 9, I went to service centre for servicing because of system issue. They serviced on same day. Within two days again system issue noise from rear wheel. Booked for service again on 17th July. Till now the scooter is in service centre. Daily calling Ola Customer Service its been in queue for more than 15 mins.
They are telling they will escalate.

I have purchased OLA S1 AIR on nov, 2023. When this company is selling S1 air model for about 1, 31, 000. I also purchased 5 year warranty because at that time there is no 8 year battery warranty. It has been four days since I have registered the complain at Ola electric regarding charging issue when I’m doing charging the error shows unable to charge. That’s what I explain. Months ago, I purchased an Ola S1X Plus vehicle. Last month, I was involved in an accident that caused my scooter to break. I sent the scooter to the Ola service center, but to date, there has been no update regarding its status. No one answers phone calls, and when I visited the Ola Experience Centre, they informed me that it would take time. It's been one month since my scooter has been at the service center, and I received the claim estimate last week, after the scooter was there for 20 days. Additionally, as I checked the Ola Electric app, my scooter is being used. Despite trying to reach out to the customer service helpline, no one answers the call.

I have faced 5 breakdowns of Ola Electric between 8th March (delivery date) to 29th April (52 days) almost a breakdown every 10 days.

Bought Electric scooter from OLA on 5th Jan 2023. On 21st Jan 24 the scooter delveloped an issue. I registered a case with OLA company and they till now its not been resolved. I create tickets, escalated it online on their Twitter account too but not helping.
They also asked me to pay 4129 for the care plus plan, which i did by going to thier thane experience centre. Now I am told that the transaction failed and they have not received the money. Money has been deducted from my account. Hence my problems are as follows
Need them to fix my scooter which is stranded from 21st Jan
Start my OLA care + plan for the payment that I have done.
They also asked me to pay 4129 for the care plus plan, which i did by going to thier thane experience centre. Now I am told that the transaction failed and they have not received the money. Money has been deducted from my account. Hence my problems are as follows

I have booked Ola S1 air on 18th February 2024 and they charged me for two helmets as it is mandatory for registration.It was delivered on 8th March 2024 and at the time of delivery what I see they given only one helmet, Asked from executive at experience centre then he responded that the 2nd helmet will be given to you soon in a week, as company has helmet stock issue.So, I agreed but it's more than 1.5 months No helmet given as well as the HSRP number plate is also not installed.I am calling ola team daily but no response.I am not using my vehicle due to unavailability of number plate.Temporary no. The thing is that the ola drivers are so unprofessional and illiterate, not one but mostly all, what they do is first they accept the ride and then cancel it or moreover after the ride is completed and i pay them the fees they still charge me extra fees for the next ride and that becomes due, i cleared the pending due thrice from last 2 years still the uneducated drivers purposely charge...

I booked a porter and got it checked, they told that its a known issue - i need to remove and insert the plug to reboot the vehicle which is in trunk. Within a mere few days of purchase, the scooter exhibited alarming malfunctions. Initially, it ceased to recognize my password, rendering it inaccessible via traditional means. Shortly thereafter, the vehicle completely failed to start, leaving me stranded and frustrated.
Attempting to rectify these issues proved to be a challenging ordeal. Despite my attempts to schedule a service appointment through the Ola Electric app, I was informed that the earliest available slot was three days away. This is entirely unacceptable, as the scooter was immobile and unable to be transported to the service center without intervention.
Under duress, I reluctantly agreed to pay Rs. 4129 for home service, only to endure further delays and inconveniences before the service technicians arrived. Even then, the resolution proved to be temporary, as the scooter continued to experience recurring issues with acceleration while in operation.
The culmination of these troubles occurred on 28 March 2024, when the scooter malfunctioned while in use by my sister and her young daughter, necessitating roadside assistance. My booking id is- oet-[protected]-zeq365 dt- 24/10/2022. The same was cancelled on 12/12/2023. The company website says that refund is successful but i have not received the same. I have written many mails since the last 3 months to them for refund-- reply received is that -- your query is acknowledged and case number 02093085 has been created for the same. The scooter has given so much of problem and i have raised this issues continuously., , itys very unexpected and surprise to inform you that today morning when my wife tried to switch ON the scooter, , its didn't start, , had call the showroom person and the CUSTOMER CARE and tried to reboot however it didnt start, , , finally a complaint was raised and arranged for pick up/tow the scooter, , , also it was told that it will be charged, , , why the hell to charge for towing, , is it CUSTOMER fault ???in oppose i should charge/compensate OLA for all this ### inconvenience, , , it very very disappointing and horrible product/service from OLA, , , , plis do whatever to resolve this 2 serious issues(milage and start problem) on priority.
