Ola company is harrassing me from 1 month..
The thing is that the ola drivers are so unprofessional and illiterate, not one but mostly all, what they do is first they accept the ride and then cancel it or moreover after the ride is completed and i pay them the fees they still charge me extra fees for the next ride and that becomes due, i cleared the pending due thrice from last 2 years still the uneducated drivers purposely charge...

Hello, i have purchased ola s1 x+ on 23rd march 2024. Scooter is completely dead on 27th, called multiple times for road side assistance but no one came even after 8 hours. I booked a porter and got it checked, they told that its a known issue - i need to remove and insert the plug to reboot the vehicle which is in trunk. I have purchased ola scooter in oct 2022 under 3 year warranty promising hassle free warranty claims.always faced issues with range and battery defects.battery would drain simultaneously . I am trying to register a complaint against OLA electric I have bough a bike and also took their insurance. now I have a problem with my bikes suspension I trying to find a solution with the service station however they are saying book a slot through their app I trying from last 1 month but there are no slots available. I am fed up with the service station and their services they never meet expectations....

Spare parts of my bike has been dammaged rare suspansion complaint and request raised near service center but till now no any update and spare parts not available at center nearly 20 days completed...

Seeing many issues with ola electric. But not getting serive slot....

As I am eligible to Get My Charger refund back from ola electric.
I have raised multiple Requests via email to issue me my Charger refund Amount but I have never got any response or nor my Refund from them From last 5-6 Months.
They have always give me Dates like you will get by end of month like that but never got any notification to submit my bank details to get the money.

It got revised multiple time and finally it has reached 22 Dec as delivery date. Now I would like to request for complete reversal of the purchase process. Ola is not responding on this....

When Ola staff sale me the bike they told me it rides for 195 kms in 1 full charge. Even the ad hoardings had the same promises. However even after full 100% charging none of the mode shows 195 kms. This is cheating by ola. Ola should return me my money 1.65 lakhs and take back the bike. i went to service center several times but no satisfying answer....

I had purchased ola s1pro top model but at the time of delivery I had received with s1 os having no range compared to s1pro, after continuous follow up the os upgraded to s1pro.

But no options of s1pro available till in my scooter complaint already made many more times but no response.

Again corporate offer is applied at the time of purchase but not received while asking for that through mail continuously after...

I did the Move OS beta upgrade. After that the vehicle used to not start at times when starting from halt. Then on Oct 20, 2023, it started vibrating after the acceleration is given and displays message saying "scooter issues, switiching to park mode". The vehicle was not moving an inch. I raised a complaint immediately and also called a customer care executive as I cannot bring it to the OLA center to send the technical team to my location...

I have been complaining for three months that the brakes are not working. Three months passed but the break has still not been repaired. And "Ola Service" is not even giving any reply.
