Ola Electric — Collected full amount from my side and vehicle not delivered

I have paid full amount on 21st Jan and they told vehicle got dispatched on 31st Jan. almost 11 days completed still they are not aware where is the vehicle, seems with out vehicle ready simply send message like dispatched.
