I have purchased ola scooter in oct 2022 under 3 year warranty promising hassle free warranty claims.always faced issues with range and battery defects.battery would drain simultaneously . Recently met with an accident and they delayed my work upto 3 months now they repaired the bike and they want me to pay for a new battery. And are not letting me claim the warranty.
