Buy Electric, get frustration
Useless customer care, Promise doorstep service, But i was calling customer care everyday for 6 days for the permanent number plate to fix.Themocol temporary number plate was an innovative idea which i never seen.No proper coordination, No answer to emails, No update for complaints.Buying ola electric, Buying frustration at your own cost.With battery fully charged, 90 kg load - 95 km range is safe 160kg load - 85 km range is safewhen battery charge at 30km remaining, Mode automatically changes eco mode in which you can't drive above 40km/l.
Everytime I call customer care - " sorry for the trouble/inconvenience, we will escalate this issue. SOMEONE will contact, give us SOMETIME" is the answer. Emails never replied. SOMEONE ordered me to collect the number plate in his workshop.
Customer is having no option to escalate any issue to higher management.
