I've ordered the Home Charger Installation kit on 1st December, 2022 and it's been more than 28 days and I've not yet received the Kit. Whenever I call the customer care and ask for the update, there is only one reply that my complaint has been escalated to high priority and will be resolved soon. But no one is giving proper date or any contact number where I can get proper answer. My ola S1 is laying lifeless from past one month and I'm paying the EMI's now without using the product.
The product may be good but I'll suggest everyone not to buy OLA Electric vehicle due to its poor service and response. Was this information helpful? |
