Ola Electric — Overcharging and Unethical practices

Dear Sir/Madam-

Requesting your intervention on the matter please.

I booked Ola Scooty on 14th Feb'24 where Ola experience center executive at HSR Bangalore gave me proforma invoice of 1, 30, 000 and chased me to pay immediately. While I felt the intention to rush was helping me, but now I understand since price has changed, which he didn't tell me which I got to know nest day. The price was reduced to 1, 04, 000 and still I didn't had update on where is the delivery though I was told it would take 9-10 days when I did the payment.

I asked Ola executive to either cancel the booking or adjust but he declined saying that it's already registered which I quite didn't understand as he's just misguiding.

Informed Ola executive that how vehicle can be registered whereas until yesterday you were saying that it would take 10 days for same.
Anyway, I need help with the solution as I have decided not to take delivery of the Scooty. I am sure, if price would have increased then Ola would have taken extra money and in this case also they should follow the fair practice.
FYI, I have tweeted Bhavish Agarwal- CEO of Ola Scooty ~50 times by now bu no response on resolution yet. This shows that if the CEO is lethargic, the attitude of the company.
