Ola Electric — Payment made full but didnt got the receipt nor any confirmation email or on the app also

I have made a payment of RS 500/- on registration and then paid 20000/- as advance and paid 119353/- by mode of Neft having UTR number BARBS[protected] and still after this I haven’t got any confirmation pls update us on the same booking order ID [protected]-IDR206
