I have raised a complaint about my OLA electric that there is a sudden drop of charge from 40% to 0 % and its breakdown in the middle on the highway. 4 weeks back only raise the complaint as of now issue is not solved, If I want to contact the customer care at least it will take 30 to 40 minutes will waste the time to pick the call itself after that also there is no use to talk to them they give the same recorded answer (we are working on that will update you soon)..
