Ola Electric — Worst Service Seen Ever. Ref: Complaint Number : 2596224

I had placed a complaint for my Ola s1 pro which was showing an error as “scooter issue, switching to park mode” after driving for some 100-200 meters .. the vehicle was taken to the nearest service centre and it took almost 20-25 days to repair. Once I got the vehicle back after repair, after a week, the same problem was noticed. When called to customer care they do not have anything to say apart from apology.. ultimately the problem is. It's getting rectified .. I purchased the vehicle some 6 months back and already I have raised complaints three times
The vehicle is in service center for more than a month and total kilometres driven by me is around 2800. This is the quality product which Ola has prepared and with a very disgusting customer care as well!!!
The worst part is when we are explaining the history of problems that we have faced, the customer care executive does not have the courtesy to listen and one of the customer care executives disconnected abruptly.. I did place a complaint for service issue on 14.11.2022 morning. As per the standard norms any query should get resolved within 72 hours but in my case post 72 hours there is no update on the complaint. When I called up customer care, the executive convinced me to wait for some more time . Her words were like you have waited for so long and caunt u wait for some more time !!! This statement of hers totally bled my mind..
I request you to kindly arrange to take back my vehicle as I am not at all interested in retaining the vehicle.
