Ola — extra charges

Ola in its app have stated that toll charges are included in the fare and still collect toll from the passengers apart from the airport toll charges. Further an issue stating that the ac issue in the cab was raised with ola for which no action was taken from the company's side. The customer service executive also didn't provide a solution to query about fare when contacted.

I booked ride using ola on 12/05 at 12:15 pm and driver not came till almost 30 mins as he was busy in his previous ride so he suggested to cancel ride and book another. I booked another ride and I got 304 as estimation. But I have been charged 730 rs.

My ride start this jhilmil colony c-block and ride sarojani nagar. Me show 250rs and pay bell 600rs extra charge 350 rs.
