Ola — extra fees charged without informing the customer in advance | |||
The reference number for the crn[protected]. I had engaged ola cab from airport to my residence on 10th may 2019 and i had chosen the airport package.. While booking the cab, ola mentioned that the fare for the airport package would be rs.799 with advance booking charges of rs.100. However on completion of the trip, they have added airport hub charges of rs.60 which was not informed to me in advance before the trip. The company i. E. Ola has surreptitiously charged extra rs.60 without informing the customer which is equivalent to cheating the customer. When i asked ola customer services for the reversal of rs.60, they admitted that they did not inform me in advance but they refused to reverse the amount. Ola has been charging customers extra and fleecing them. I am sure that they have been charging extra for many of my trips. I have been using ola for many years but found out now only that the company is charging extra without informing customers in advance. I am also raising a formal complaint if the amount is not credited. Further if the amount is not credited, i will stop using ola for ever. Was this information helpful? | |||
