Ola — fraud against bill

Dear sir/madam,

This is to infrom you that i have make a trip on dated[protected]. My trip was only 3.5km and time duration is 27min and the crn is [protected]. When i have booked the estimate bill shown rs 207/-, but at the time of payment it shown rs 349/- i did not understant how it is possible.

I am requesting you please clarify me, how it is possible. And i am really frustrated regarding your billng. I am a regular customer of ola. This is happen 1st time with me.

My account is permanently blocked and im not able to unblock it.Please kindly resolve it.
Very poor service in terms of customer support, I would suggest not to opt OLA services.

My Ola account has been blocked, I have sent an email to "[protected]@olacabs.com"

It is been long time I did not get any response from them.
