Ola — Fraud Transaction in Ola postpaid wallet

I got an IVR call from an unknown number while I was in a Video Call with my parents in WhatsApp. And the digital voice said someone is trying to change my OLA registered mobile number. To prevent this it asked for pressing 1 and one OTP which is sent to my mobile number for confirmation. Since I was on another Video Call that time, I didn't open the text message. But checked it was in the name of Ola and the message was in the same folder of Ola. After entering the OTP Rs 9900 got deducted from my postpaid balance.Below are the details.
