On 15.04.2023 afternoon, undersigned booked an Ola cab from Noida to MDI Gurgaon for Rs. 684.00. The vehicle broke down enroute resulting in not only delay and inconvenience but also additional cost of Rs. 305.00 -towards hiring another cab to reach the destination - after paying to the cab driver whatever he claimed there. The same day the matter was reported to Ola by mail the same day and requested them to refund the additional cost incurred by me due to their poor service. However there was no response from them.
Now from last few days, OlaMoney has started claiming once again the trip amount as OlaMoney Post-paid due. Several Communication to Ola has not yielded any response / result. Of late they have started to claim the fraudulent due amount by adding late fee. The matter is becoming very annoying.
Ola must streamline their business process and learn to handle their unscrupulous business partners (drivers) properly. It is unfortunate to note that Ola prefers to believe their unscrupulous drivers more than their customers.
I request ola to provide proper support and stop harassing their customers with such false claims.
