Ola — harassing riders

Bookd ola outstation for 40kms. The drvr, citing ntwrk issues, didn't press "end trip", assured to end the trip as soon as ntwrk is restored. He ended the trip with a reading of 130kms. Issue has been raised with ola. Now, ola, instead of following up with driver, harassing with phone calls and messages, threatening to raise legal action against me if postpaid bill not cleared, which they will repent, if raised, keeping in mind that the customer already has ticket number issued against the complaint.
