Ola — I have been charged 2 times for the same ride

On 12dec 2021 i booked a cab From rajeev chowk, delhi to sec 15 gurgaon.The payment was through Ola app(phone pay) but could not proceed the same due to system error. so i pay the driver online on his number. The amount was Rs.531/-. After the ride ends my ola app still showing pending amount Rs.531/-. So i didn't pay the amount.so i complained about But i got the reply to pay the amount first and then will refund the amount. But still didn't get any refund. I request please refund the amount as soon as possible.Please do the needful at the earliest.

Updated by sjjjjj I got the coupon code of Rs 70 which is only one time use. They should have given me atleast rs 500 of refund whether as a coupon to be use till completion of 500rs. As i have been charged of 500 rs.
