Hi I have booked an ola cab on 22th december.The CRN number is [protected].After the journey is finished the driver took cash as he claimed that gps was not working.So, he wont get the money as it was selected Payment Mode as Postpaid. But i see a bill is generated as Postpaid was selected in payment mode.So, I raised a ticket[protected].Ola is claiming that they have not received any cash from us and hence they cannot cancel the postpaid bill. The driver also agreed that he has taken the money.So, I am not able to understand why ola is not claiming the money from driver as the driver also agreed to my view.. Was this information helpful? |
