I and my friend booked an Ola ride on Friday (3rd Dec 2021). The ride-booking number is CRN [protected]. I paid the driver in cash but the app is still showing not paid.
This is how a big company like OLA loots its customers.
Or does this mean whenever I pay in cash I should take a selfie?
How they can allow such drivers to take another ride?
I and my friend is a regular customer of OLA. This is highly disappointing.
I want my complaint to be resolved as soon as possible.
