Ola — I'm complaining about

I have paid the amount online directly to driver's upi id but that amount is still showing in ola app .
i have paid 280 to ola driver directly in his account phonepe. but that amount is still showing in my ola app that is should be paid again. i tried calling the driver, but he didn't pick my call .
i was travelling from hunsmaranhalli to sbc bus stand( chicken County) BANGLORE
