On april 27, 11.11am, (Crn[protected], i do not know what this no. Is, but this no. Appeared in your app) i booked a cab.
I was waiting in the middle of the road in front of my house. The cab approached and i waived at him. He didn't care to stop. He went away and never came back. And after sometime i received a message that the booking has been cancelled.
I was promptly billed cancellation charge of rs. 50/-!!!
So what was my fault that you charged me cancellation charges???
This is my first experience with ola. For no fault of mine i have been billed the cancellation charges
I am regular user of other services and i am generally familiar with the system. I never had such problem with other service providers.
I complained to you on phone and through app but no resolution yet.
