Ola — incomplete service, driver behaviour and ola irresponsible behaviour | |
I along with my wife booked a ola cab (CRN [protected]) by putting the pick up and drop location on the Ola app. Driver dropped me in between and denied his duty to drop me at the mentioned destination on the ola app.After that he asked me to pay 50 rs extra to drop me on the mentioned destination. When i told him that i will talk to Ola customer care then he told me to move out from the auto and he left me and my wife in unknown location.Me and my wife felt shocked and scary because o[censored]nknown location where driver dropped us. When we raise the complaint in Ola customer care portal then they said they will raise the issue with their partners operation and when i asked what action they are taking against there driver then they denied to share the details with me. I have a written proof of email which ola have shared with me. As a end user i have paid the amont to the Ola cab and in return i accept them thar they are accountable for user safety and service. Now i want to raise 3 complaint: 1. Safety of customer 2. Incomplete service for which we have paid to Ola.. 3. Not discussing the details of the action against the driver who behaved in this way Was this information helpful? | |
