Ola — Incorrect payments - OLA Postpaid

Hi Team,

I have been asked to make payments to below CRN's even though i have already paid through Gpay/Cash. As per OLA this has been deducted through Ola post paid also resulting in double payment.
The driver never mentioned about the payment he received from Ola post paid.

CRN[protected] - 235INR
CRN[protected]- 81 INR
CRN[protected]- 123 INR
CRN[protected]- 197 INR

I have raised several complaints but nobody is helping me resolve this
