Ola — kyc process

I added ola money in wallet for which i was not promptedlease resolve the issue and enable me to use my ola money
However when i tried to use money, i was prompted for ky for which i had to upload sensitive documents as pan details, aadhaar card and selfie picture. The wort and not unsafe part is that the original documents o the above need to be verified by a cab driver. Which i am not wiling
Please resolve this issue and ask ola to refund my money
