[Resolved]  Ola Money — amount debited from my account but not added in ola money

I tried to upload inr 300.00 to ola money today. Amount was debited from my account but it was not added in ola money. I got error message as transaction failed after it was debited from my account. Further details :your a/c xx3472 debited inr 300.00 on 10-oct-17 16:19:20 * ibibo-[protected]-ola money - zipcash-[protected] * through net banking.
