I have purchased air cooler from Zopper using ola money on 11 Nov 2015 . I have applied OLA15 coupon, Totally i paid INR 8, 244 . I need to get 15% cashback from ola money . its being already 23 days but still i havent received cashback . Support tickets raised in ola money --- 25722, 27646 Below are the details of order : Zopper order no : 21643609 Ola registered mobile no : [protected] Ola registered email : [protected]@gmail.com INR paid for order : Rs. 8, 244 Please find attachment for screenshort of the order .

I already conformed from Zopper and they said that from there end cashback is precoded . They said they got conformation from ola money that they credited cashback to my account . but i am asking where did my money went ?????
