[Resolved] Ola Money — charged twice | |||
On 11.12 I had taken ride ...for which driver charged me cash 300 and also amount was credited to his account by ola money. I had booked ride for my sister and on reaching her destination she was asked to pay 300 in cash. Which was paid by her. I m shocked to see email received from ola money to clear dues before 1st January to avoid late fee charged. I approached them on their support number as well as ola money customer care over telephone as well as through email. But all waste of action. As they are not ready to listen and admit that there is some solution to this problem. I HV been vigorously following up through mail to ola support and ola money but no solution ...
