Ola Money — fraudulent transaction reporting

Hi, yesterday my mother became a victim of cyber crime on debit card.
She recieved a fraudulent call from someone asking for her card credentials to keep her card active. Unfortunately she gave the debit card details including the otp and her account got debited by rs.9999 with reference to a transaction on ola money.

The transaction time was around 4:30 pm ist.

The phone number that she received the fraudulent call from is [protected].
Can you please block the transaction if its from the same number i mentioned?
Also would be highly appreciated if you could help me find a way to track this person.

Updated by shiaro007 Just an update my mother recieved another msg and
containing an otp (which is strange since we have already blocked the debit card) and again recieved a call from the same number [protected]
My mother did not pick up the phone this time. We have already informed the police on the same. Can you please look into this as well and block this users ola money account.

I recharged my mibile no. On 16 october 2017 but my recharged was no successful it is still showing pending. Transaction id is CZQX - F1QW - G7PM.
Refund my money or recharge my mobile no. as soon as possible.
And please provide a complaint option in OLA MONEY App also. It is soo frustrating that there is no complaing option is there in the app
