[Resolved] Ola Money — Have paid cash to driver also ola money prepaid is debited | |
Hi, I utilized Ola service on 11th July 2021 in Pune, where the Driver insisted to pay by cash which I did and on the same day have sent mail to Ola informing about cash paid and also debit from Ola money for which have received the response with ticket id 3394837. This ticket was not actioned by Ola, they have insisted to use the Ola application. I was following up repeatedly, on 28th Jun 2021 I have received the response saying that they could not able to help in getting reversal. Ola has to ensure that their drivers are well trained and instructed to accept ola money. Similar to my case there may be lot of people might have paid and unable to claim.
