Ola Money — in able to transfer my money | |||
Dear sir/madam, My request ticket id is 600216. My name in my profile is selvam and my mobile number in my profile is [protected] and my mail id in my profile is [protected]@yahoo.co.in and the balance amount in my account is rs. 849. I have used this number for transaction and recently on 14/10/2017, i had recharged rs. 599 to this number. (The transaction id : czqq-h1g9-4yo9) As this jio number is expired, i could not able to transfer this amount to my present number [protected].in this account i am having rs. 494. I want to cancel my previous account number of [protected] and kindly transfer the total amount of rs.849 to my present number of [protected]. I have tried this and could not able to transfer from my phone. So, kindly do this help. This is very important and due to this reason, i am not able to travel in ola cabs.
