I have Booked cab on 9th May 2022 - from Hyderabad Airport to Jawahar Colony ( CRN [protected] ) - I have chosed the mode of Payment as online - on Completion of Ride - Driver told that he didn't received the amount I need to pay the amount in cash - I provided the cash and took photo while giving money to driver - on next day I got message to clear the due - I spoke with ola customer case - they told to pay the outstanding amout he confirmed from driver driver agrees that he received the amount in cash - Ola Customer Care asked my account number and IFSC code I have share the same - everytime they are saying I will get money back in 10 days but It has been more than 2 months I have not received the amount
