[Resolved] Ola Money — kyc disabled | |||
I usually add money to my ola wallet and transfer to my family. Ola has been holding my money since 4 days and not allowing me to send the money. If the uidai or whichever authority is not allowing the kyc process then you should at the least notify the same before adding money to the wallet not after adding the money. Now showing uidai as the culprit ola is reaping the benefits of consumer money in our wallets. Ola should realize that you are never entitled to do so. Please resolve this asap. I added 300 RS to Ola money now when I withdraw it it shows KYC disabled but I have already done KYC.
