[Resolved] Ola Money — money debited but ticket not booked in irctc | |
Hello, I tried booking irctc ticket using my ola money but the transaction was failed and the ticket was not booked but my money got deducted and the details of this transaction id is efzo-wwc7-qkp7. When i mailed to customer care they gave reply as it may take 2 days for confirmation but i tried booking on[protected] for the journey date[protected]. When will i receive refund?
