Ola Money — money deducted from bank but did not reflect while adding ola money twice.

When i tried to add rs. 300 as ola money from ola app for booking taxi, the transaction was successful both the times but the money never reflected in ola money. Henceforth due to this i had to book the cab on cash.

I tried to transact using sbi netbanking on october 28th.
Here are the details of both the transactions:

1st transaction:-
Date: 28-oct-2017
Narration: to transfer inb ani technologies private

Debit: inr 300

2nd transaction:-
Date: 28-oct-2017
Narration: to transfer inb ani technologies private

On 17 October 2017 I transferred Rs.999/- from my HDFC Bank A/c No. [protected] vide banks Narration [protected]-PAYUOLAMONEYZIPCASH and cheque/Ref.No.[protected]. but till date and time neither the money is credited by Ola Money nor the money is refunded in my account.
