[Resolved] Ola Money — money deducted from bank but not reflected in ola money not yet resolved | |
I tried to add rs.250 in ola money after kyc compliance the amount was deducted from my bank but still not received in ola money. That kind of problem is faced from such a wallet is miserable. It is the incident of 25/01/2018. Kindly add the money or return my money as soon as possible. So much of inconvenience is faced due to this. Mobile no. Please note that, the refill transaction of Rs. 250/- was failed on payment portal. In case, if the amount was deducted from bank, the same will be automatically refunded back to your bank account within 7-10 business days as per the standard banking procedure. If the same is not reflecting post the given timeline, kindly share the bank statement from the date of transaction to till date, so that we can escalate the same.
